Terms And Conditions 

Returns and Credits

Please take a few minutes to read through the T&Cs prior to your purchase.  

These are for bloom purchases not hire.

1. Any inquiries regarding your purchased order inquireis should be made within 7 days of delivery. 

2. Any orders sent cannot be cancelled as per below. 

3. Any goods purchased from Tamara Zito can only be returned or claimed if found to be damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied. We will not exchange, refund or credit for incorrect choices.  We inspect and take clear photographs of orders prior and in packaging to ensure quallity. 

4. Measurments, colors and custom creations are clear in descriptions. There may be a 1-5 cm difference in larger blooms due to being hand made. 

5. All Returns & Credits require authorization and therefore notification of any proposed Return or Credit claim must be advised in writing within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. Failure to do so will result in Returns or Credits being denied.

6. TZ will not exchange due to change of mind.   

7. All returns once authorised must be authorised by Tamara Zito and be returned in orginal package, with all labelling.

8. Any costs of returns must be paid by the purchaser. 

9. Tamara Zito reserves the right to deny a credit for returned goods found NOT to be in perfect order and without authorization.

10. TZ will only refund payment (excluding delivery fee) for faulty or damaged products.  

11. RETURN ADDRESS: Please contact via email for return address.

12. Stock quantaties are indicated on shop page however if you should require larger amounts, multiple purchases that appear unavailable, please email via the contact page.  As all products are handmade there may be a turnaround time of up to 4 weeks dependant on paper availability and other commissions booked. 

13. No purchased blooms can be used for hire or events without expressed written permission from the artist.

Commisions & Hire

• A non refundable deposit or 50% of the quoted price for any commisions to cover time and product used.   You forfeight the right to the product if remaining balance is not paid. 

• We do our best to display accurate colors however if you are wanting color swatch samples for l orders this can be arranged at a small fee dependant on swatch amounts and location sent.   

• All installs take time and require set up hours before any event. We prefer to set up the day prior and pick up immmediatly once event ends.  

• We allow for minimal wear and tear, however if there is significant damage, any blooms missing, an extra cost will be incurred. 

• Flower backdrops take months to create and no blooms can be taken or used for any hire use. outside of hire agreement.

PRIVACY

TZ  respects that all account details are private and confidential information and we will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals.

​

Keep out of direct sunlight.

Like real blooms paper blooms need care.

To dust give a light shake

The crepe paper may need genlty stretching or adjusting to fluff the bloom. 
When stretching take care not to tear.
Paper can fade over time if kept in highly lit areas​​​
